Dear All at The Courtyard
Just a very quick email to say thank you very much for the nice stay we had with you on Thursday 10th September 09. We always stay 5 star and we actually found your venue by searching on the internet for 5 star hotels in the area and for some reason the courtyard came up. We loved the look of the place and decided to give you a try. My goodness we are glad we did, the room was excellent, the standard of cleanliness was high, the service all around the hotel and restaurant was impeccable, waiting stadd we excellent and the food was excellent, we will most certainly return.

My husband arranged a surprise overnight stay for our 4th wedding anniversary. Imagine my surprise when, at breakfast, my previous employers walk in. It transpires that they are the owners. What a wonderful ending to a marvellous evening and a fantastic stay at this jewel of an establishment.

Just a note to say a BIG thank you to everyone who contributed to making Sarah's birthday luncheon such a success but especially to your chef, Jim and the lovely girls who worked so hard waitressing. Everyone enjoyed the day and the venue and food and have received untold compliments. We will certainly promote you as a venue and visit you again for a meal. Well well. Spent a long time on the road over the years, Jo and Alec, but will say this; your establishment provided a service and environment second to none in my travels. Staff have been superb. So kind and understanding of the prssures of a worker away from home, and bloody humourous, professional to a fault, and most important respectful of and to each other. Place is bloody brilliant. Next time I visit, I won't be working!!
