Wedding Planner Service
At The Courtyard, we are really pleased to offer you the services of several excellent wedding planners, led by Hayley Ryan. All with years of experience in organising weddings and events.
Your hand will be held throughout the entire process from coming to visit us for the first time, making your booking and planning the special day. She is there throughout the whole of your wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Here's a an outline of how a typical wedding could run:
The Special Day!
The room is set-up and the tables are laid, so you can come in and add your special touches.
Your Planner will be at The Courtyard one hour before you are due to check everything.
Whether you are getting married here or not she will ensure that all the guests are in the right place at the right time throughout the day. Working with a Toastmaster if you have one.
She will work closely with Chef and all the waiting staff to ensure that everything happens at the right time and in line with your speeches and gift giving.
Once the meal is finished the tables are cleared and set-up for the evening. The DJ will have set-up earlier in the morning.
If you have food in the evening your planner will ensure that this is served at the right time. She will either stay til the end of the evening or will ensure that you and your guests are ok before leaving.
